About the role
The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) is seeking a highly qualified national Grants Specialist to join its team in Caracas, Venezuela. DRC is a leading humanitarian NGO operating in over 30 countries, providing protection and assistance to refugees, asylum seekers, IDPs, returnees, and vulnerable host communities.
Key responsibilities
- Support the grants management of the Venezuela country office portfolio in line with donor and DRC regulations.
- Assist in the development of effective grant proposals.
- Contribute to donor reporting and compliance activities.
- Collaborate with DRC’s integrated action covering Protection, Food Security & Livelihood, WASH, and Disaster Preparedness sectors.
Required profile
- National candidate based in Caracas.
- Strong background in grants management within humanitarian contexts.
- Familiarity with donor requirements and DRC regulatory frameworks.
