Mobile Solutions Architect

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Mobile Solutions Architect to lead the design, evaluation, and evolution of our enterprise mobile platform. You will work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to translate complex technical findings into practical roadmaps that drive scalability, performance, and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and document the current-state architecture of an existing Flutter‑based mobile platform.
• Conduct technical discovery to understand application structure, integrations, dependencies, and architectural decisions.
• Evaluate the platform from iOS, Android, and Huawei ecosystem perspectives.
• Identify technical debt, scalability challenges, performance bottlenecks, and security risks.
• Define a future‑state architecture and create an actionable implementation roadmap.
• Produce architecture documentation, technical diagrams, and recommendations for modernization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• 6+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in mobile application development, architecture, and technical leadership.
• Proven experience as a Mobile Architect, Lead Mobile Engineer, Principal Engineer, Technical Lead, or similar role.
• Strong expertise designing and evaluating mobile architectures for iOS and Android platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with Flutter and Dart, and familiarity with Huawei Mobile Services.
• Deep understanding of scalability, performance optimization, maintainability, security, and mobile architecture best practices.
• Experience conducting architecture assessments, technical audits, and modernization initiatives.
• Advanced English proficiency and strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
