Mobile AI Engineer (Remote)

About the role

Join BairesDev as a Mobile AI Engineer and create AI‑native Android applications from concept to production. You will work in a fast‑moving, experiment‑driven environment, shaping new mobile products with Kotlin and cutting‑edge multi‑agent AI frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop AI‑native Android apps using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Implement multi‑agent orchestration with frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar open‑source solutions.
• Work autonomously from product requirements (1‑pager or PRD) through to production delivery.
• Explore unfamiliar codebases and contribute to web or backend components when needed.
• Participate in multiple concurrent net‑new product initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin for Android development.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑native multi‑agent orchestration frameworks.
• Product‑engineering mindset: self‑directed and comfortable working from brief specifications.
• Ability to dive into unfamiliar codebases across the stack.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose.
• Advanced English communication skills.
