Meta Ads Creative Strategist

About the role

We are seeking a Meta Ads Creative Strategist to lead the ideation, testing, and optimization of ad creative on Facebook and Instagram. You will bridge performance marketing and creative, turning data insights into high‑impact ad concepts that drive real business results such as ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a creative testing roadmap covering static, video, carousel, Reels, and UGC‑style formats.
• Analyze performance data to uncover winning hooks, formats, and angles, then translate insights into new creative briefs.
• Write ad copy and briefs that balance brand voice with direct‑response best practices.
• Partner with designers, videographers, and external creators to produce high‑performing assets.
• Stay current on Meta platform trends, algorithm updates, and emerging formats such as Advantage+ creative.
• Run structured A/B and iterative tests on variables like hook, format, CTA, and messaging angle.
• Collaborate with the media buying team to align creative strategy with campaign goals and budgets.
• Build and maintain a creative performance dashboard for stakeholders.
• Source and manage relationships with UGC creators or freelance talent as needed.

Required profile

• 2–5+ years of experience in performance creative, paid social, or growth marketing (agency or in‑house).
• Proven track record managing or strategizing creative specifically for Meta Ads.
• Strong grasp of direct‑response creative principles and ability to read performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, hook rate, hold rate).
• Excellent copywriting skills with an eye for scroll‑stopping creative.
• Highly organized and comfortable in a fast‑paced, iterative testing environment.
