Medical Virtual Assistant – Spanish Bilingual (Remote)

About the role

Neolytix is seeking a bilingual Medical Virtual Assistant to support its network of healthcare providers. This remote position allows you to contribute directly to clinic efficiency while working from anywhere.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble medical record documentation and charts for physicians.
• Ensure compliance with medical record standards through self‑documentation attestation.
• Update patient history, physical exam findings, and other health information in the system.
• Send completed documentation to physicians for review and approval, following facility‑specific procedures.
• Monitor turnaround times for basic lab results and screening procedures.
• Adhere to HIPAA, Joint Commission, and other hospital policies.
• Perform additional clerical tasks to improve provider productivity and clinic workflow.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience as a Virtual Assistant.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual).
• Ability to work full‑time remotely and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of medical documentation and compliance standards.
