About the role

Join Propiedash as a Marketplace Growth Specialist to drive agent acquisition across Venezuela. You will be the primary point of contact for real‑estate agents and agencies, helping them publish listings on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Call and message agents daily, present the platform, and guide them until they publish listings.
• Visit agencies in person, represent Propiedash at real‑estate chambers, associations, and events.
• Open new states and cities, expanding the platform’s coverage nationwide.
• Collaborate with the client team to identify high‑potential agents based on feedback.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date pipeline and report weekly on sign‑ups and published listings.

Required profile

• Energetic, driven, and passionate about building a meaningful product.
• Excellent phone communication skills; able to turn cold calls into trusted conversations.
• Highly organized with strong follow‑up discipline.
• Willingness to travel across the country as needed.
• Deep knowledge of the Venezuelan real‑estate market or a strong desire to learn it.
• Full professional proficiency in Spanish and strong English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Phone and WhatsApp for outreach.
• Experience using Google Workspace, Slack, and AI‑enhanced tools.
