Marketing Specialist (AI‑enabled workflows, remote)

About the role

Join a global tech services leader as a Marketing Specialist focused on designing and managing AI‑enabled workflows that drive enterprise production. You will work remotely, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to boost pipeline generation and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage systems for intake, processing, and optimization of production requests.
• Own end‑to‑end production projects from request through delivery.
• Develop and maintain automations and integrations for related workflows such as surveys and content audits using AI and no‑code tools.
• Maintain workflow documentation, version control, and ensure brand and quality compliance across all deliverables.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B marketing projects.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience with AI tools and workflow integration.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Experience supporting cross‑functional business initiatives is a plus.
• Familiarity with no‑code or low‑code platforms is desirable.
