About the role

As a Marketing Operations Partner you will work directly with senior leadership to drive high‑impact marketing initiatives and ensure operational excellence across the organization. This remote position offers full visibility into the business and the chance to influence strategy, process, and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the execution and follow‑up of cross‑functional marketing projects, guaranteeing alignment, accountability, and timely delivery.
• Support the Head of Marketing Operations in strategic planning, special projects, and performance analysis.
• Oversee day‑to‑day Marketing Operations activities, maintaining business continuity and a high‑performance execution rhythm.
• Develop and optimize processes, dashboards, and reporting systems to improve efficiency and collaboration.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, including team members, internal clients, and senior marketing leadership, to ensure smooth communication and prioritization.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in fast‑paced environments such as strategic consulting, high‑growth startups, or top‑tier multinational corporations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
