About the role

Join a fast‑growing technology services firm as a Marketing Operations Partner, working remotely with senior leadership to drive high‑impact marketing initiatives and improve operational efficiency across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Drive execution and follow‑up of cross‑functional marketing projects, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely delivery.
• Support the Head of Marketing Operations in strategic planning, special projects, and performance analysis to enable data‑driven decisions.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Marketing Operations function, maintaining business continuity and a high‑performance execution rhythm.
• Develop and optimise processes, dashboards, and reporting systems to boost efficiency, visibility, and collaboration across all marketing functions.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders—including team members, internal clients, and senior marketing leadership—to ensure smooth communication, prioritisation, and project alignment.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in fast‑paced environments such as strategic consulting, high‑growth startups, scale‑ups, or top‑tier multinational corporations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Marketing, or a related business‑management field.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
