About the role

As a Marketing Operations Partner you will work directly with senior leadership to drive high‑impact marketing projects and strategic initiatives. You will have full visibility across the organization, collaborating with multiple teams to ensure alignment, efficiency, and execution excellence in a fast‑paced, remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive execution and follow‑up of cross‑functional marketing projects, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely delivery.
• Support the Head of Marketing Operations in strategic planning, special projects, and performance analysis.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Marketing Operations function, maintaining business continuity and a high‑performance execution rhythm.
• Develop and optimise processes, dashboards, and reporting systems to improve efficiency, visibility, and collaboration.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, including team members, internal clients, and senior marketing leadership, to ensure smooth communication and project alignment.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in fast‑paced environments such as strategic consulting, high‑growth startups, scale‑ups, or top‑tier multinational corporations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
