Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead Infinix’s go‑to‑market and integrated communication strategies for smartphones and ecosystem products in Venezuela. Reporting to the Regional Marketing Director and Country Manager, you will drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and sales conversion across digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) and GTM plans, covering product positioning, feature storytelling, and omni‑channel promotion.
• Build a local consumer insights framework, conduct research on demographics, usage habits, purchase motivations, and price sensitivity.
• Monitor the Venezuelan smartphone market, retail ecosystem, and competitor activity; produce regular analyses and opportunity reports.
• Manage the local social‑media matrix (TikTok, Instagram, etc.), create short‑form videos and interactive campaigns, and leverage AI tools for content ideation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with tech, lifestyle and entertainment influencers, media partners, and co‑branding initiatives.
• Coordinate offline activations such as roadshows, pop‑up stores, POSM deployment and seasonal campaigns.
• Lead the local marketing team, manage budgets, and ensure high‑quality execution of all campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in consumer electronics, smart hardware or leading FMCG brands.
• Proven experience in smartphone GTM execution or localized marketing.
• Fluent in English and Spanish for business communication and cross‑border collaboration.
• Strong sense of responsibility, proactive execution, and ability to work under high stress while following company directives.
