Marketing & Brand Development Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing, SEO & Business Development Coordinator to drive growth for our property management and contractor services. Working fully remotely, you will enhance our online presence, generate qualified leads, and support overall brand development.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve company websites, landing pages, and online profiles.
• Optimize website content and SEO to boost search rankings.
• Manage LinkedIn company and personal profiles and publish social media content.
• Research competitors, markets, and new business opportunities.
• Generate and prospect leads via online research, LinkedIn, email and other channels.
• Track leads, opportunities and marketing performance in CRM systems.
• Create marketing materials, presentations, flyers and business documents.
• Write website copy, service descriptions, blog posts and marketing copy.
• Identify ways to improve branding, credibility and online visibility.
• Assist with sales follow‑up and business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and sales orientation.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Experience in lead generation, SEO and digital marketing.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and Canva.

What we offer

• Base salary starting at $300 USD per month.
• Commission and performance incentives that can multiply base pay.
• Full‑time or part‑time options with flexible hours.
• Remote work with overlap to U.S. Eastern Time preferred.
