Marketing Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Assistant to support our marketing lead in driving brand initiatives and promotional campaigns. This full‑time position offers the chance to work closely with cross‑functional teams and external partners while gaining hands‑on experience in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the marketing lead in planning, coordinating, and executing promotional campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Liaise with internal cross‑functional teams and external partners to ensure timely, high‑quality project delivery.
• Gather market trends, competitor insights, and audience feedback; compile foundational data reports.
• Support daily marketing operations, resource management, and administrative tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Strong copywriting, creative planning, and structured logical thinking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset, disciplined execution, and responsiveness to task delegation.
• Conscientious, organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive problem‑solver.

Required skills

What we offer

• Full‑time schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 18:30, with occasional Saturday shifts based on operational needs.
