LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist to design, launch, and optimise outbound campaigns for a fast‑growing AI startup. The position is 100% remote, long‑term contract, and offers full ownership from research to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Learn the client’s product, market, positioning and sales process.
• Identify ideal customer profiles, buyer segments, triggers and campaign angles.
• Build highly targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other data sources.
• Write connection requests, opening messages, follow‑ups and campaign variations that feel personal.
• Launch LinkedIn outbound campaigns, monitor acceptance, reply, meeting and lead‑quality rates.
• Run structured tests across audiences, offers, messaging and CTAs, and adjust under‑performing campaigns quickly.
• Document test results, insights and create repeatable playbooks for the broader team.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and optimising successful B2B outbound campaigns.
• Strong expertise in ICP research, segmentation and targeting.
• Ability to translate business insights into concise, relevant LinkedIn outreach.
• Analytical mindset to interpret campaign data and drive continuous improvement.
• Self‑starter comfortable managing campaigns end‑to‑end with minimal supervision.
