About the role

Join Mondelēz International as a Sales Leader responsible for driving the sales strategy and achieving key performance targets in the Falcón region. You will lead a team of field sales representatives, ensuring they are motivated, well‑trained, and equipped to deliver outstanding results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, develop and motivate the sales team while coordinating training with the sales capability team.
• Create and execute an annual business unit plan to meet channel revenue KPIs and provide regular reporting.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure best‑in‑industry execution of Mondelēz categories.
• Collaborate with account, category, activation, sales capability and finance stakeholders to maximize return across the region.
• Leverage category insights and tools to coach the team in influencing customer decisions and growing market share.

Required profile

• Strong desire to advance your career in sales leadership.
• Extensive knowledge of the local market and routes‑to‑market.
• Proven experience in sales and managing a sales team.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
