About the role

As a Lead AI Engineer you will spearhead the design and deployment of enterprise‑grade AI architectures, ensuring high performance and reliable integration across products. You will act as a senior technical leader, aligning AI strategy with business goals while mentoring engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement production‑grade AI systems and applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI solutions with overall business and product strategies.
• Mentor software and AI engineers, promoting best practices and technical excellence.
• Oversee integration of advanced language models, orchestration frameworks, and retrieval systems.
• Establish robust MLOps pipelines and streamlined API development processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, or a related technical role.
• Proven technical leadership in designing enterprise‑scale AI architectures.
• Hands‑on experience building production AI systems with Python.
• Deep knowledge of LLM/GenAI integration, including RAG, agents, or model orchestration.
• Proficiency in API development and MLOps practices.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
