Lab Systems Engineer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Lab Systems Engineer to support and enhance Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) platforms for our remote clients. The role blends software engineering with laboratory workflow knowledge to ensure reliable, high‑quality data for research and diagnostic operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support, configure and customize LIMS applications to meet laboratory operational needs.
• Design and refine business process workflows for laboratory environments.
• Collaborate with laboratory teams to monitor performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Integrate LIMS with complementary laboratory systems through APIs and cloud services.
• Maintain system reliability, data integrity and compliance standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with LIMS platforms.
• Background in modeling business processes or laboratory workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• REST API integration.
• Fundamentals of cloud computing.
• Hands‑on experience with LIMS systems.
