Junior Email Designer (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Email Designer to join our remote team serving DTC brands across LATAM. You will create high‑impact email templates and campaign assets that drive revenue while maintaining brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Design email templates and campaign visuals that convert, with a focus on mobile‑first experiences.
• Build and maintain design systems in Figma for each client.
• Create launch graphics for product drops, flash sales, and VIP offers.
• Collaborate closely with strategists and copywriters to ensure pixel‑perfect execution.
• Analyze performance data and iterate designs to improve results.

Required profile

• Passionate about email design and aware of best practices for inbox engagement.
• Own the design process for each client as if it were your own brand.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong sense of typography, layout, and color.
• Self‑starter who proactively communicates and meets deadlines.
• Early‑career professional residing in a LATAM country with advanced English proficiency.
