International Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding

About the role

Blue Draco Global Logistics is seeking a driven Sales Executive to expand its freight forwarding and logistics services across the United States and Latin America, operating from its Caracas office.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients across the U.S. and Latin America, including importers, exporters, and freight forwarders.
• Develop strategic partnerships with logistics companies looking for a trusted service provider in the U.S.
• Manage and grow key accounts, increasing revenue through upselling and long‑term partnerships.
• Negotiate competitive rates with suppliers and customers, ensuring favorable and profitable terms.
• Collaborate with operations teams in Venezuela and the U.S. to ensure seamless service execution.
• Provide weekly reports on sales activity, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.

Required profile

• Experienced in international freight forwarding sales with deep knowledge of Latin American and U.S. trade.
• Strategic negotiator able to close high‑value deals across multiple regions.
• Results‑driven hunter mentality with passion for expanding market reach.
• Strong relationship builder capable of creating long‑term partnerships.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
