Information Technology Account Manager

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Caracas and focuses on managing a portfolio of client accounts. The Information Technology Account Manager acts as the primary contact for all IT solution needs, building long‑term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Coordinate with technical teams to design, deliver, and implement IT solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and service contracts.
• Monitor service performance, follow up on issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities and support sales initiatives.
• Contribute to marketing presentations and promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and generate periodic reports.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to guarantee high‑quality service delivery and timely issue resolution.

Required profile

• Strong account management and client relationship skills.
• Solid understanding of IT concepts, especially networks, security, and web systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven experience in business development, prospecting, qualification, and deal closing.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and commercial teams while managing multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in IT consulting, systems integration, or managed services is highly desirable.
• Professional fluency in Spanish; working knowledge of English is an advantage.
