Influencer Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of multiple influencer campaigns across our portfolio of digital‑first consumer brands. You will work closely with the Influencer Manager, handling the full influencer lifecycle from creator sourcing to performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of several influencer campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and communications stay on track.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with creators throughout campaign lifecycles.
• Source creators that align with brand, platform, and campaign goals and assist with outreach and relationship management.
• Prepare and manage influencer agreements, updating terms based on creator‑specific deal structures.
• Track creator deliverables and published content across platforms, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Assist the Influencer Manager with day‑to‑day operations across the full funnel.
