Independent Project Assistant – Organizational Development Consulting

About the role

AIDO is launching a new consultancy project across Iberoamerica and needs a proactive Independent Project Assistant to support the initial six‑week rollout. Based in Caracas, the role combines on‑site meetings, video conferences, and predominantly remote work, offering flexibility while contributing to a high‑impact organizational development initiative.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing project activities related to organizational development.
• Coordinate events, workshops, and stakeholder meetings both in‑person and virtually.
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and progress reports.
• Support communication between the consultancy team and client organizations.
• Help ensure alignment with AIDO’s sustainability and corporate responsibility principles.

Required profile

• Strong organizational, communication, and project‑management abilities.
• Experience with HR management practices.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in hybrid work environments.
• Fluent Spanish; professional proficiency in English is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
