HSE Manager – Health, Safety & Environment

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to oversee Health, Safety, and Environmental activities across our projects. The successful candidate will drive HSE excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and management systems.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, client requirements, and international standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Monitor HSE performance and prepare periodic reports for management.
• Lead safety training, awareness campaigns, and emergency response programs.
• Promote a proactive safety culture across all project sites.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities on HSE matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of HSE experience in Construction, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, or EPC projects.
• NEBOSH IGC, NEBOSH Diploma, or equivalent HSE certification.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and relevant HSE regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• GCC/Middle East experience is preferred.
