HR Manager – DS

About the role

The HR Manager – DS will lead all human‑resources activities for a project‑focused organization, ensuring that people strategies align with business objectives. This senior role oversees recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, compliance and organizational development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end HR operations and the full employee lifecycle.
• Develop, update and enforce HR policies, procedures and best practices.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning initiatives.
• Oversee employee relations, disciplinary actions and grievance handling.
• Support performance management, training and employee development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor attendance, leave management and produce HR reports.
• Advise senior management on HR strategy and organisational matters.
• Prepare HR metrics, reports and manpower analyses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 8‑12 years of HR experience, including managerial responsibilities.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure or project‑based organisations is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of labour legislation, HR policies and employee‑relations practices.
• Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, PHR or equivalent) is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS/ERP systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications.
