HR Assistant - Remote Recruitment Specialist

Main Missions

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for remote contractors.
• Manage personnel files and ensure strict compliance with internal company policies.
• Maintain and update job descriptions and HR documentation.
• Oversee time-off requests and manage HR-related inquiries via email with high responsiveness.
• Organize and optimize the HR SharePoint environment for better accessibility.
• Supervise the company policy reminder program and document/track all incidents.
• Handle sensitive data requests, including the removal of screenshots containing personal information.
• Provide professional business references and ensure accurate HR data across all platforms.

Profile Required

• Proven experience in an administrative or HR support role, preferably in a remote environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
