Head of Customer and Solutions Marketing

About the role

Lead the creation and growth of a new Customer Marketing function, reporting directly to the CMO. You will transform existing client relationships and sales collateral into a strategic growth engine while managing a team of eight across product marketing, copywriting, and events.

Key responsibilities

• Define positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market plans for service lines and new offerings, and maintain competitive intelligence.
• Lead Sales Collateral and Copywriting teams to produce pitch decks, case studies, one‑pagers and proposals that drive measurable sales usage.
• Build and execute upsell, cross‑sell, executive events, client reference and advocacy programs with revenue targets.
• Hire and scale the new function, set KPIs such as collateral adoption, influenced pipeline and revenue from existing accounts, and report results to the CMO.
• Partner with Sales leadership to close win‑rate gaps through targeted messaging and enablement.

Required profile

• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role.
• 3+ years hands‑on product marketing experience owning positioning, messaging and launches.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics or Engineering.
• Proven experience in customer marketing, ABM, upsell/cross‑sell campaigns and client events.
• Strong copy‑management skills, including briefing, editing and quality control of B2B content.
