Growth & Partnerships Assistant (Remote, Part‑time)

About the role

Catalyst Precision Health is seeking a part‑time Growth & Partnerships Assistant to support the founder in expanding the company’s reach. You will work remotely, handling partnership pipelines, research, and outreach while gaining exposure to the full stack of a fast‑growing health business.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the partnership CRM (HubSpot or similar) with accurate data.
• Research and compile target partner lists across segments such as gyms, personal trainers, functional‑medicine providers, and wellness brands.
• Draft first‑pass outreach emails and follow‑up sequences for founder review.
• Build and maintain media lists, draft pitch emails, and track coverage for PR efforts.
• Conduct competitive and market research, summarise findings, and prepare case‑study drafts.
• Take notes during calls, log action items, and assist in preparing briefing documents.

Required profile

• Professional written and spoken English.
• 1–2 years of experience in a coordination or support role.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and comfortable following repeatable processes.
• Strong written communication that requires minimal editing.
