Group Product Manager (Remote)

About the role

MonetizeMore is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead and mentor its product management team while owning the Advanced Ads platform. This remote, senior position blends strategic product vision with hands‑on execution to drive revenue growth for thousands of publishers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor and coach product managers, elevating their craft, execution, and strategic thinking.
• Implement a modern product operating model focused on outcomes, data‑informed decisions, rapid prototyping, and continuous feedback.
• Define and execute the long‑term vision for Advanced Ads, integrating ad injection, targeting, and Google Ad Manager capabilities.
• Lead continuous discovery to validate publisher pain points and prioritize high‑ROI roadmap items.
• Own end‑to‑end monetization strategy, GTM planning, and revenue targets (LTV, MRR).
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and growth teams to ensure successful adoption and commercialization of features.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior product leader or player‑coach in a technology‑focused environment.
• Track record of building outcome‑driven product cultures and scaling product management maturity.
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product roadmaps.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills and a data‑first decision‑making approach.
