Graduate Sales & Supply Chain Internship

About the role

This remote, paid internship is designed for recent graduates or career switchers eager to break into fashion sales and global supply chain management. You will receive intensive training and, based on performance, transition to a full‑time Inside Sales Representative role.

Key responsibilities

• Learn the mechanics of global apparel manufacturing, including fabrics, MOQs, and prototype cycles.
• Master THE/STUDIO’s custom platform to match US client designs with vetted international factories.
• Shadow top Inside Sales reps and handle inbound creative leads from fashion founders and brand managers.
• Convert leads through consultative sales techniques and maintain pipeline hygiene using CRM tools.
• Track, qualify, and nurture design briefs from initial contact to production order.

Required profile

• Recent degree or core experience in Fashion Design, Merchandising, Apparel Manufacturing, Business Administration, or Supply Chain.
• Fluent spoken and written English with strong communication skills.
• Motivation to learn sales and supply‑chain processes in a fast‑moving SaaS environment.
