General Manager – Venezuela Operations

About the role

We are a group of destination management companies operating across Latin America, focused on boutique, nature, and high‑end travel experiences. We are seeking a hands‑on General Manager to lead our Venezuela operation and drive the next phase of growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the overall operation of the company in Venezuela, coordinating operational, commercial, and administrative areas.
• Oversee FIT bookings and group operations, ensuring high service standards and rapid response times.
• Optimize internal processes, implement KPIs, reporting structures, and follow‑up systems.
• Strengthen relationships with international clients and local suppliers.
• Develop and coordinate internal teams, supporting strategic growth and new tourism projects.
• Supervise cost control, operational efficiency, and work closely with company directors and international partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in inbound tourism, DMCs, tour operators, hospitality or travel industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams and operations in fast‑growing environments.
• Strong organizational, proactive, and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an international outlook.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
