About the role

We are looking for a proactive Social Media Specialist to manage our brand’s online presence in Caracas. The role involves creating engaging content, coordinating with local influencers, and driving organic reach across Instagram, Facebook and other platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of official brand accounts and develop monthly content calendars.
• Optimize platform‑specific SEO and engagement strategies to increase organic reach.
• Identify, onboard and manage local KOLs in tech and lifestyle niches, executing campaigns and tracking performance.
• Design holiday‑themed campaigns and organize online‑to‑offline activations such as pop‑up events and fan meet‑ups.
• Monitor competitor social strategies, produce social listening reports and provide actionable market intelligence.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management within the tech/consumer electronics sector.
• Established network with Venezuelan KOLs, MCNs or agencies.
• Fluent Spanish and professional English.
• Must provide own laptop/computer for work purposes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Meta Insights.
