Email Designer

About the role

Lilo Social, a full‑funnel eCommerce growth agency, is looking for an Email Designer to lead retention marketing for a portfolio of direct‑to‑consumer brands. You will act as the primary contact for 7‑10 client accounts, translating strategic goals into high‑impact email and SMS campaigns that drive repeat purchases and customer lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the day‑to‑day retention marketing liaison for assigned accounts, handling all communication via Slack and email.
• Prepare and present performance updates, execution status reports, and tactical recommendations during regular client calls.
• Translate client goals into clear, actionable deliverables for designers, copywriters, and developers.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end project tasks in Asana, ensuring on‑time delivery without managing team capacity.
• Conduct comprehensive QA on email campaigns, SMS messages, and lifecycle flows before launch.
• Monitor retention metrics using Klaviyo, Hiro, and platform analytics, and identify optimization opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills with a track record of delivering campaigns on schedule.
• Excellent written communication and the ability to build trusted client relationships.
• Deep expertise in Klaviyo and SMS platforms, staying current with industry best practices.
