Electronic Technician

About the role

The Electronic Technician ensures timely delivery of equipment to meet operational demands while improving maintenance efficiency and reducing non‑productive time across the product line’s assets within the Maintenance Base.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain assigned equipment according to the prescribed maintenance program and reliability‑centered maintenance strategy.
• Record materials, labor, work orders, parts usage and equipment performance in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) systems.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives aimed at reducing downtime, enhancing asset utilization and lowering cost of service delivery.
• Participate in failure investigations, planned repair and part‑reuse projects, and competency management activities.
• Adhere to all TLM product line standards and transactional discipline throughout the technology lifecycle.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in industrial equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with reliability‑centered maintenance concepts and documentation procedures.
• Ability to work within a structured improvement culture and follow standard work instructions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Knowledge of Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) processes.
