Dispatch Coordinator – HVAC/Plumbing Services

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Coordinator to oversee the scheduling and dispatch of HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing technicians. The role requires hands‑on expertise with Fusion dispatch software and the ability to manage both emergency and routine service calls in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch technicians across HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing using Fusion.
• Schedule emergency service calls and preventive maintenance visits.
• Monitor technician routes, job progress, and overall scheduling efficiency.
• Update work orders, job statuses, and customer records in real time.
• Communicate appointment details and service updates to customers.
• Collaborate with field technicians to ensure timely job completion.
• Prioritize urgent requests while maintaining smooth daily operations.
• Support 24/7 service coverage by handling after‑hours and emergency dispatch needs.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience using Fusion dispatch software.
• Background coordinating residential and commercial service projects.
• Previous dispatch experience in HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, or similar field service.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a 24/7 service environment.
• High attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure.
