Digital Workspace Team Lead

About the role

WSP International is seeking a Digital Workspace Team Lead to head a team delivering modern workplace solutions, ensuring compliance, and driving automation across the organization. The role combines leadership, governance, and technical expertise to enhance the Digital Employee Experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor Digital Workspace Officers and Specialists.
• Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure SLA adherence.
• Enforce hardware/software compliance standards and security policies.
• Maintain governance frameworks and audit readiness.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities, including self‑service workflows and RPA solutions.
• Promote adoption of digital workspace technologies through training and best practices.
• Monitor Digital Employee Experience (DEX) metrics and recommend improvements.
• Produce reports on compliance, automation impact, service performance, and chatbot efficiency.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure compatibility and performance optimization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Advanced understanding of ITIL practices and ITSM tools.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end IT projects and exposure to the SAP ecosystem.
• Relevant certifications preferred (Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator, ITIL, Automation/RPA).
