Digital Workspace Specialist (IT Administrator)

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Workspace Specialist to oversee the organization’s digital workplace environment. You will ensure the availability, security, and performance of end‑user computing systems, collaboration tools, and core IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and collaboration platforms.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access via Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, email, VPN, printer, and collaboration issues.
• Handle endpoint security, patching, antivirus, and device compliance.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, software licensing, and hardware lifecycle management.
• Document IT procedures and ensure compliance with security policies.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver effective IT services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in IT administration, end‑user support, or digital workplace management.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer‑service abilities.
