Digital Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join a global humanitarian organization. The role is fully remote within the CST timezone and focuses on executing email, SMS, social media, and YouTube campaigns that fund life‑saving aid worldwide. You will work closely with the communications team to ensure content is delivered accurately and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Build and launch email campaigns using pre‑developed content.
• Schedule and manage SMS outreach.
• Coordinate and publish social media posts via Hootsuite or similar tools.
• Upload, organize, and monitor video assets on YouTube.
• Track campaign execution to guarantee timely asset publication.
• Generate basic performance reports for email, SMS, and social channels.
• Quality‑check all content and assets before publishing.
• Handle social media inbox inquiries and triage them appropriately.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or campaign coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple time‑sensitive tasks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with repetitive, process‑driven work.

Required skills

• Experience with an email marketing platform such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo or HubSpot.
• Proficiency in Hootsuite or a comparable social‑scheduling tool.
• Familiarity with an SMS marketing platform.
• Ability to use YouTube Studio for video management.
• Competence with Google Workspace applications.
