Data Engineer – Remote

About the role

INDI is seeking a proactive Data Engineer to join its Analyst team. You will work on multicultural projects distributed worldwide, delivering clean, well‑structured data solutions that power Tableau reporting for end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture reporting requirements and identify data sources.
• Extract, cleanse, and transform data to create Tableau datasets, reports, and dashboards.
• Present completed visualisations to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Deploy and maintain Tableau assets, including reports based on analyst parameters.
• Develop, optimise, and maintain SQL Server stored procedures and queries.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer.
• Strong analytical mindset with a hands‑on approach.
• Excellent organisational skills and methodical documentation habits.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Tableau administration, licensing, security, and deployment.
• SQL Server – stored procedures, queries, and performance tuning.
• Relational data modelling.
