About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Success Manager to be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients. In this remote position you will ensure clients have a positive experience and extract maximum value from our innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

Serve as the main liaison for assigned client accounts.
Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with clients.
Identify client needs and proactively suggest enhancements.
Address inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide product education.
Collect feedback and relay insights to internal teams.

Required profile

Proven experience in a client‑facing role such as customer success or account management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong problem‑solving mindset with a customer‑centric approach.
Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

What we offer

Full‑time remote opportunity.
Standard schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM.
Salary paid in USD or local currency according to candidate preference.
