Customer Service Representative – Overnight Closer

About the role

The Overnight Closer provides front‑desk support and delivers a superior customer experience to members, prospective members, and guests during night shifts. This role focuses on new member sales, member check‑ins, and maintaining a clean, welcoming club environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and meet potential members, delivering a great customer experience.
• Handle front‑desk tasks such as answering phone calls, taking informational calls, and conducting tours.
• Assist with member check‑ins, sign‑ups, cancellations, amenity usage, and updating member account information.
• Facilitate member service issues and forward complex matters to the Club Manager or Team Lead.
• Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club during the shift.

Required profile

• Honesty and strong work ethic.
• Excellent customer service skills with basic computer proficiency.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and talk for the majority of the shift and lift up to 50 lb occasionally.
