Customer Service Representative

About the role

GET Global Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its support team for upstream oil and gas clients. You will be the first point of contact for crew members, handling calls, chats and emails while delivering accurate information about services and promotions.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
• Resolve issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring timely resolution.
• Provide accurate information on company services, processes, and promotions.
• Document all interactions in the company database.
• Follow up on pending cases to guarantee complete resolution.
• Handle chat and email (ticket) support for crew queries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex problems.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a call‑center or customer‑service environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting and manage multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude, flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
