Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Maracaibo. The position is on‑site and requires delivering prompt, courteous assistance to our customers across multiple channels. You will be responsible for resolving inquiries, maintaining accurate interaction records, and working closely with internal teams to continuously improve service quality. The role includes mandatory night‑shift coverage to meet our operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email or chat.
• Diagnose and resolve product or service issues efficiently.
• Provide product information and guidance to customers.
• Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction in the company’s system.
• Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and follow up on complex cases.
• Document customer feedback for continuous service improvement.

Required profile

• Strong background in customer service and support.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Comfortable handling challenging situations and finding solutions.
• Willingness to work night shifts as required.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
• Strong problem‑solving orientation.
