Customer Service Representative – Front Desk

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our fitness club team. You will be the first point of contact for members and guests, driving new member sales and delivering a superior experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and meet potential members, providing a welcoming experience.
• Handle front‑desk duties including answering phone calls, taking information calls, and conducting tours.
• Assist with member check‑ins, sign‑ups, cancellations, amenity usage, and keep member account information up to date.
• Facilitate member service issues and forward complex matters to the Club Manager or Team Lead.
• Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club environment.

Required profile

• Honesty, strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for at least 75 % of the shift and lift up to 50 lb occasionally.
