CRM Senior Specialist (Remote)

About the role

The CRM Senior Specialist will own CRM execution for BairesDev's VIP Audiences & Experiences function. Working remotely, you will design and automate outreach sequences that engage high‑value clients, former customers, and top‑tier event audiences, using generative AI tools to drive measurable sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute multi‑touch outreach sequences across email, direct mail, and event follow‑up for VIP account segments.
• Create and maintain AI‑assisted automation workflows that connect outreach, CRM, and data‑enrichment tools.
• Use Claude daily for outreach copy, contact research, account intelligence, and workflow logic.
• Track and report pipeline outcomes, including meetings booked, accounts expanded, and revenue influenced.
• Own data‑enrichment workflows to keep VIP contact records accurate and actionable.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in CRM, lifecycle or outbound marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech services.
• Hands‑on experience with outreach automation platforms such as Apollo, Clay, Lemlist or Reply.io.
• Daily use of generative AI/LLM tools (Claude preferred) and strong prompt‑engineering skills.
• Experience building automation workflows with Zapier, n8n or Make.com.
• Proficiency in a CRM platform like HubSpot or Salesforce.
• STEM or quantitative degree, or a non‑STEM background with a proven data‑driven track record.
