CRM Monetization Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a CRM Monetization Manager to own the monetization analytics of BairesDev’s CRM function. The role focuses on turning data from dormant leads, reactivations, lifetime initiatives and new leads into actionable insights that drive contract value and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the monetization view of the CRM pipeline, identifying where value is lost from funnel to closed‑won.
• Measure the true impact of campaigns beyond top‑of‑funnel metrics, linking performance to contract value.
• Surface insights on dormant leads, reactivations, lifetime initiatives and new leads, and turn them into actionable recommendations.
• Build and maintain reporting, queries and dashboards in Databricks and SQL to make monetization performance visible.
• Leverage Claude and AI‑assisted automation workflows (n8n, Zapier, Make.com) to scale analysis, synthesis and reporting.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in CRM, revenue operations or growth and lifecycle marketing analytics.
• In‑house experience at a US‑based B2B SaaS or tech services company.
• Strong background in funnel, pipeline and conversion analysis tied to closed‑won and contract value outcomes.
• STEM or quantitative degree (Engineering, Math, Statistics, Data Science, Economics) or equivalent data‑heavy experience.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
