CRM Manager – Monetization (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a CRM Manager focused on monetization to own analytics across the CRM funnel, from dormant leads to new acquisitions. The role combines data analysis with revenue impact, reporting to the Sr. Director of CRM.

Key responsibilities

• Own the monetization view of the CRM pipeline, identifying where value is lost before closed business.
• Measure the true impact of campaigns and initiatives through contract value and closed‑won outcomes.
• Surface insights on dormant leads, reactivations, lifetime initiatives and new leads, turning them into actionable recommendations.
• Build and maintain reporting, queries and dashboards in Databricks and SQL.
• Leverage Claude and AI‑assisted automation workflows (n8n) to scale analysis and reporting.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in CRM, revenue operations or growth and lifecycle marketing analytics.
• In‑house experience at a US‑based B2B company (agency or contractor work does not qualify).
• Background in B2B SaaS or tech services.
• Strong quantitative degree (STEM) or equivalent experience.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• SQL and data‑warehouse platforms such as Databricks, BigQuery or Snowflake.
• Daily hands‑on use of AI/LLM tools, preferably Claude.
• Automation workflow tools like n8n, Zapier or Make.com.
