Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Venezuelan business.
• Develop and execute business strategies to meet growth targets.
• Oversee daily operations across sales, marketing, finance and human resources.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, regulators and other key stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
