Cost Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Cost Engineer to join our project team and support the successful delivery of major construction, infrastructure, EPC or oil & gas projects. The role focuses on budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting and reporting to ensure projects stay within financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor project budgets and cost plans.
• Track actual project costs, analyse variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop cost forecasts and cash‑flow projections.
• Produce periodic cost reports for management review.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate cost data collection.
• Support project controls and cost‑management activities.
• Identify cost risks and propose mitigation measures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Cost Engineering or Project Controls.
• Experience on construction, infrastructure, EPC or oil & gas projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Primavera P6.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
