Corporate Travel & Mobility Agent (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent to manage international travel arrangements for our clients and employees. This fully remote position offers the chance to work with a global team of top‑tier tech talent while ensuring seamless travel experiences across multiple time zones and cultures.

Key responsibilities

• Research, book, and coordinate flights, accommodations, ground transportation, car rentals, meals, health insurance, and other travel‑related services.
• Prepare cost projections, submit and reconcile expense reports.
• Analyze existing travel processes, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and propose efficiency improvements.
• Stay up‑to‑date with passport, visa, and travel regulations for various destinations.
• Lead visa strategy execution and collaborate with relocation firms, international agencies, or government officials as needed.
• Document and continuously improve travel and mobility procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate travel.
• At least 4 years of experience in travel planning.
• Strong command of English.
