Corporate Travel & Mobility Agent (Remote)

About the role

As a Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent at BairesDev, you will manage international travel arrangements for both clients and employees. Working 100% remotely, you will ensure seamless journeys across multiple time zones, cultures, and regulatory environments while supporting the company’s global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Research, book, and coordinate flights, accommodations, ground transportation, car hires, meals, health insurance, and other travel‑related services.
• Prepare cost projections, submit and reconcile expense reports.
• Analyze existing travel processes, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and propose efficiency improvements.
• Stay up‑to‑date with passport, visa, and travel regulations for a wide range of destinations.
• Lead visa strategy execution and collaborate with relocation firms, international agencies, or government officials as needed.
• Document, maintain, and continuously improve travel‑process documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate travel.
• At least 4 years of experience in travel planning.
• Strong command of English.
